SERA 600 G LVC
HOUSING
One-piece luminaire housing and fitter are die-cast aluminum. Housing includes compartment for LED optical system and driver. Hinged frameless tempered glass lens is sealed to the housing with one-piece profiled silicone gasket when closed and secured with a single latch assembly. Formed aluminum door latch is flush to the housing when closed and provides tool-less access to the field replaceable LED light engine and driver. Luminaire mounts to 3'' O.D. tenon on bracket and is secured with two setscrews. Luminaire tilt angle may be adjusted from 0° to 15° in five degree increments. All hardware is stainless steel.

OPTICS
Optics include a choice of two or three individual LED modules. Each module consists of a field replaceable aluminum core PCB with four high-power LEDs and a single piece lens molded from optical quality acrylic. Light distributions include a choice of Type II, III, or IV optics. Luminaire emits zero uplight at 90 degrees horizontal and above and is suitable for use in all LEED lighting zones. CRI is 80+.

ELECTRICAL
Electronic LED driver supplies 700mA drive current to LED modules with input voltage range from 120v through 277v at 50/60Hz. Power consumption is 72 watts for models with two modules and 108 watts for models with three modules. Optional 0-10v DC dimming is available on request.

POLE
Fabricated aluminum bracket assembly is composed of two side sections welded to horizontal plate and slip fitter. Integral slip fitter has two rows of three recessed stainless steel setscrews for mounting to 3'' O.D. pole and has built-in stop to limit insertion depth to 4.5''. Round tapered pole is available in steel or aluminum.

Steel pole is manufactured from cold drawn over mandrel, electric-weld, mechanical round steel tubing with nominal wall thickness of 0.142''. Flush mounted hand hole cover is plasma cut with kerf not to exceed 1/8'' and includes triangular tamper-resistant locking device. Pole is hot-dip galvanized with coating inside and out, then lightly sanded prior to painting. One-piece base cover is 0.080" spun aluminum and finished to match the pole. Nominal pole height is 15'. FINISH
Housing is cleaned ultrasonically prior to painting. Standard Primar® finish is finely textured matte silver metallic, dark grey, graphite grey, black, or dark bronze. Special RAL colors available on request.

WARRANTY
Limited product warranty period including the LEDs is five years. Driver shall carry the manufacturer's limited warranty.
