VALENCIA 600 LED
HOUSING
Cylindrical post top luminaire consists of base with shade supported by four stainless steel support rods. Heavy-duty cast aluminum base with integral slip fitter anchors the support rods, and is machined to include groove for gasketing and mounting surface for the lens and ballast enclosure. Shade shall be spun aluminum and free from burrs and sharp edges. Shade and base are gasketed to provide a weather-tight seal to the clear acrylic cylindrical lens. Luminaire slip fits 3" O.D. pole or tenon, and has built-in stop to limit insertion depth to 3". Two offset rows of three 10mm recessed setscrews secure the luminaire to the pole. All hardware is stainless steel.

OPTICS
LED module is an enclosed system with vertically oriented LED arrays mounted within a cylindrical clear acrylic lens. Light shaping diffusing film on the inside of the lens controls and shapes light distribution for optimal performance while reducing glare from the individual LEDs. Thermal management is provided via heat sinking and convective cooling within the sealed system.

ELECTRICAL
Electrical components are mounted in a white conical enclosure at the base of the luminaire. Two electronic LED drivers supply 700mA drive current to two linear LED circuit boards, respectively. Each driver has a universal input voltage range from 120v to 277v at 50/60Hz. Drivers are high power factor with performance greater than 90%. Power consumption is 54 watts for Module 360. Optional 0-10v dimming available on request.

POLE
Stepped steel pole is manufactured from cold drawn seamless mechanical tubing with nominal wall thickness of 0.126". Flush mounted hand hole cover is plasma cut with kerf not to exceed 1/8" and includes triangular tamper-resistant locking device. Pole is hot-dip galvanized with coating inside and out, then lightly sanded prior to painting. Base cover is one-piece 0.080" spun aluminum and finished to match the pole. Specify 8' or 10' nominal pole heights with 3' step.

Stepped aluminum pole is manufactured from extruded 6061-T6 aluminum alloy. Upper shaft is 3" OD with 0.125" wall thickness. Lower shaft is 4.5" OD with 0.237" wall thickness. Machined aluminum transition is plug- and circumferentially welded to both shafts. Flush mounted hand hole cover is plasma cut with kerf not to exceed 1/8" and includes triangular tamper-resistant locking device.

Twin mount bracket assembly is fabricated from steel, then hot-dip galvanized. Slip fitter has inner steel sleeve which functions as a stop to limit insertion depth to 6.7". Assembly slip fits 3" O.D. pole and is secured with two rows of four 10mm stainless steel setscrews. Twin pairs of parallel square steel tubing are welded to connect the slip fitter to the individual tenons for fixture mounting. Bracket assembly ships pre-wired with fish tape.

FINISH
Housing is cleaned ultrasonically prior to painting. Standard finishes are finely textured matte silver grey metallic, dark grey, graphite grey, matte black, or dark bronze. Special colors available on request.

Limited product warranty period including LEDs is five years. Driver shall carry the manufacturer's limited warranty.
