CAMPONE 810 LVC
HOUSING
Luminaire housing with integral fitter is cast aluminum. Four vertical rods fastened to the housing support the optical system and act as a wire way to provide power to the LED engine. Conical lens is clear acrylic and sealed with one-piece silicone gaskets to provide a weather-tight seal when closed. Spun aluminum roof includes an integral decorative perforated stainless steel fascia which surrounds the LED modules when closed. A stainless steel thumbscrew secures the roof to the luminaire, allowing tool-less access for servicing. Luminaire mounts to tenon on pole and secured with two offset rows of three regressed setscrews. Luminaire slip fits over 3" OD tenon with insertion depth of 4.2". All hardware is stainless steel.

OPTICS
Optical assembly consists of one LEVO C LED module mounted within the cylindrical clear acrylic lens. The module consists of an aluminum core PCB with four high-power LEDs and a single piece lens molded from optical quality acrylic. Light distributions include a choice of Type II, III, IV, or V optics. LED circuit boards are equipped with electrical disconnects to allow for future technology upgrades. CRI is 80+.

ELECTRICAL
Electronic LED driver supplies 700mA drive current to the LED module with input voltage range from 120v through 277v at 50/60Hz. Power consumption is 37 watts. Optional 0-10v DC dimming is available on request.

POLE
Steel Pole
Steel pole is manufactured from cold drawn over mandrel, electric-weld, mechanical round steel tubing with nominal wall thickness of 0.142" . Flush mounted hand hole cover is plasma cut with kerf not to exceed 1/8" and includes triangular tamper-resistant locking device. Tenon is machined to match the inside diameter of the pole, then inserted into the pole shaft and plug welded, showing no visible weld at the transition. Pole is hot-dip galvanized with coating inside and out, then lightly sanded prior to painting. One-piece base cover is 0.080" spun aluminum and finished to match the pole. Nominal pole heights are 10' or 12' with 4" outside diameter.

Aluminum Pole
Aluminum pole is manufactured from seamless 6061 aluminum tubing with nominal wall thickness of 0.187". Pole is heat treated to produce a T6 temper. Flush mounted hand hole cover is plasma cut with kerf not to exceed 1/8" and includes triangular tamper-resistant locking device. Tenon is machined to match the inside diameter of the pole, then inserted into the pole shaft and plug welded, showing no visible weld at the transition. One-piece base cover is 0.080" spun aluminum and finished to match the pole. Nominal pole height is 10' or 12' with 4" outside diameter.

Single and twin 24" banner arm assemblies available upon request. Banner arm assemblies consist of upper fixed arm and lower breakaway arm for high-wind conditions. Stainless steel lanyard inside lower arm safely retains the arm in event of breakaway.

FINISH
Standard finishes are finely textured matte silver grey metallic, dark grey, graphite grey, matte black, or dark bronze. Special colors available on request.

WARRANTY
Limited product warranty period including LEDs is five years. Driver shall carry the manufacturer's limited warranty.
