The SIERRA column possesses the scale to effectively accent large outdoor spaces with either white light, or with static- or color changing LED effects. Its simple cylindrical form adds structure to open spaces or complements architecture. Light diffuses uniformly along the full length of the acrylic lens through direct and indirect optical components. The luminaire body is fabricated from high quality extruded aluminum. The extruded aluminum body features a diagonal cut at the transition to the lens. Lamping includes ceramic metal halide or LEDs. Colors can be red, blue, green, or RGB with sequencing or DMX control capability. All hardware is stainless steel.

HOUSING
Cylindrical base with diagonal cut at the transition to the lens is constructed from 0.236'' nominal wall, 6082 extruded aluminum tubing. Handhole cover is plasma cut with kerf not to exceed 1/8'' and includes tamper-resistant locking device. Cylindrical lens is impact-resistant matte acrylic. Lens assembly is secured to column with stainless steel socket head cap screws from inside the base. Fabricated aluminum top cap houses the auxilliary reflector and is secured to the lens with three socket head cap screws. Cap is gasketed to create a weather-tight seal to the lens. Nominal column height is 21'.
OPTICS
Four high power red, green, blue, and white LEDs arranged in an array are mounted at the base of the lens within the column shaft. LEDs fitted with narrow beam reflectors project light upward to the top mounted auxiliary reflector which reflects light downward for even illumination of the cylindrical lens. Matte acrylic lens provides soft diffused illumination for accenting.
ELECTRICAL
LED driver with color sequencing and DMX512 control capability is mounted in a weather-proof enclosure at the base of the column. Universal input driver operates on 120-277v AC, 50/60 Hz line voltage input at 700 mA current output. Total power consumption is 96 watts.
MOUNTING
External flange with anchor bolts and base cover. Column mounts to four hot-dip galvanized anchor bolts (Ø1" x 36" x 4") embedded into concrete foundation (by others). Hardware includes two leveling nuts and washers per bolt. Base cover is fabricated from 0.080" spun aluminum and finished to match luminaire. Anchor bolts may be pre-shipped in advance upon request.
FINISH
Standard finishes are finely textured matte silver grey metallic, dark grey, graphite grey, matte black, or dark bronze. Special colors available on request.
WARRANTY
Limited product warranty period including the LEDs is five years. Driver shall carry the respective manufacturer's limited warranty.
