CAMPO's cast aluminum sail with heavy cast ribs and finned lower housing combine to form a distinctive high-tech indirect lighting system. Optical system of highly specular aluminum collects and redirects light output onto special sail reflector of precision diffuse ribbed material designed to soften and spread illumination. Sail is adjustable via precision-machined aluminum knobs to 15° / 30° / 45° and 60°. Steel wall bracket is hot-dip galvanized prior to being finished in finely textured paint. All hardware is stainless steel.

HOUSING
Luminaire housing with integral ballast assembly is cast from high-grade aluminum alloy with heavy cooling fins to enhance heat dissipation. Door frame is one-piece cast aluminum and hinged for easy maintenance. Machined tempered glass lens is mechanically retained and bonded to the door frame forming a flush fit to the exterior surface. Door assembly is sealed with closed cell silicone gasketing and secured by two captive socket head cap screws. Reflector sail with integral ribbing is cast aluminum and supported by two cast aluminum stanchions. Stanchion mounting holes in the housing are machined and fitted with stainless steel helical thread inserts. Fabricated steel slip fitter bolts to housing with four socket head bolts. Slip fitter mounts to 1.8'' O.D. tenon and has built-in stop to limit insertion depth to 2.75''. Two offset rows of three recessed setscrews secure and level luminaire to the tenon. All hardware is stainless steel.

OPTICS
LED light engine consists of a vertically oriented optical quality acrylic rod capped with a reflective element to redirect light outward. The acrylic rod channels light from the single CoB LED and redirects it outward to provide effective horizontal and vertical illumination. Light shaping diffusing film on the inside of the main luminaire lens controls and shapes light distribution for optimal performance while minimizing brightness. Thermal management is provided via heat sinking and convective cooling within the sealed system.

ELECTRICAL
Electrical components are mounted in a white conical enclosure at the base of the luminaire. Electronic LED driver supplies 700mA drive current to the LED. The driver has a universal input voltage range from 120v to 277v at 50/60Hz. Driver is high power factor with performance greater than 90%. Power consumption is 24 watts. Optional 0-10v dimming available on request.

MOUNTING
Fabricated steel bracket assembly mounts over junction box and is secured to the wall in four places. Tenon is 1.8'' O.D. and welded to square steel tubing with 0.118'' wall thickness. Mounting bracket is hot-dip galvanized with coating inside and out, then lightly sanded prior to painting.

FINISH
Housing is cleaned ultrasonically prior to painting. Standard Primar® finish is finely textured matte silver metallic, dark grey, graphite grey, black, or dark bronze. Special RAL colors available on request.
