The industrial I-beam styling of the TORO utility bollard hints to its functionality as a supply point for electrical or water outlets depending upon the model. Fabricated from steel, the bollard is hot-dip galvanized for long-term corrosion resistance prior to being finished in finely textured paint. Access doors are flush to the bollard shaft and secured with lock and key to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized entry. Standard colors are dark grey, graphite grey, silver grey, black, or dark bronze. Special colors available. All hardware is stainless steel.

DESCRIPTION
Power bollard enclosure with electrical chassis plate for outdoor applications where contemporary styling and remote power is desired. Water supply bollard enclosure for outdoor applications where contemporary styling and remote water supply point is desired.

HOUSING

POWER BOLLARD
Power bollard consists of exterior enclosure, internal chassis plate, and soil insert for embedment into concrete foundation. Power bollard enclosure is fabricated from 0.39" thick steel plate. Two access doors are flush to the surface and fabricated from 0.24" thick steel sheet. Each door includes lock and key to prevent unauthorized entry. Lower door provides access for electrical connections. Upper door with integral cable chute allows access to electrical chassis plate. Electrical chassis plate is hot-dip galvanized steel and is secured to the enclosure with six stainless steel socket head cap screws. Power bollard enclosure mounts to fabricated steel soil insert for embedment into concrete foundation. Soil insert is hot-dip galvanized for long term corrosion protection. All hardware is stainless steel. Chassis plate dimensions are 6.3" W x 39.4" H x 0.2" thick. Electrical gear is provided by others. Electrical design, components, and installation are by others per applicable regulatory codes.

WATER BOLLARD
Water supply bollard consists of exterior enclosure, two pipe clamps, and soil insert for embedment into concrete foundation. Water supply bollard enclosure is fabricated from 0.39" thick steel plate. Two access doors are flush to the surface and fabricated from 0.24" thick steel sheet. Each door includes lock and key to prevent unauthorized entry. Lower door provides access for connection to water supply. Upper door provides access to plumbing fittings for connection to external hose. Water supply bollard enclosure mounts to fabricated steel soil insert for embedment into concrete foundation. Soil insert is hot-dip galvanized for long term corrosion protection. All hardware is stainless steel.

FINISH
Housing is cleaned ultrasonically prior to painting. Standard finishes are finely textured matte silver grey metallic, dark grey, graphite grey, matte black, or dark bronze. Special RAL colors available on request. Hess standard textured finishes feature proprietary PRIMAR® protective coating for longterm corrosion and UV protection.
