The contemporary form of VILLAGE adds a minimalist accent to modern architecture. The fabricated aluminum housing encircles the clear acrylic cylindrical lens. The housing base includes an integral fitter for pole top mounting. Optics include a choice of symmetric or asymmetric distributions. Electrical components are housed in a spun aluminum enclosure and mounted in the luminaire. Luminaire and stepped steel pole with double welded transition and flush handhole are finished in finely textured paint. Base cover is spun aluminum. All hardware is stainless steel.

VILLAGE 375 LVC
Ringed cage is fabricated from high strength 6061 aluminum alloy. Clear acrylic cylindrical lens assembly installs onto mounting plate at the bottom of the cage assembly and is secured with three socket head cap screws. Lens is sealed with one-piece silicone gasket. Power cable is sealed with weather-tight bushing. All hardware is stainless steel.
Optical assembly consists of one LEVO C LED module mounted within the cylindrical clear acrylic lens. The module consists of an aluminum core PCB with four high-power LEDs and a single piece lens molded from optical quality acrylic. Light distributions include a choice of Type II, III, IV, or V optics. LED circuit boards are equipped with electrical disconnects to allow for future technology upgrades. CRI is 80+.
Electronic LED driver supplies 700mA drive current to the LED module with input voltage range from 120v through 277v at 50/60Hz. Power consumption is 37 watts. Optional 0-10v DC dimming is available on request.

Stepped steel pole is manufactured from cold drawn over mandrel, electric-weld, mechanical round steel tubing with nominal wall thickness of 0.126". Flush mounted hand hole cover is plasma cut with kerf not to exceed 1/8" and includes triangular tamper-resistant locking device. Pole top tenon shall show no visible weld at the transition to the luminaire. Two rows of four recessed setscrews secure the luminaire to the top of the pole. Decorative ring is welded to pole at the stepped transition. Pole is hot-dip galvanized with coating inside and out, then lightly sanded prior to painting. One-piece base cover is 0.080'' spun aluminum and finished to match the pole. Specify 10' pole height with 3' step; 12' or 14' nominal pole height with 4' step.
Single and twin 24" banner arm assemblies available upon request. Banner arm assemblies consist of upper fixed arm and lower breakaway arm for high-wind conditions. Stainless steel lanyard inside lower arm safely retains the arm in event of breakaway.
Housing is cleaned ultrasonically prior to painting. Standard Primar® finish is finely textured matte silver metallic, dark grey, graphite grey, black, or dark bronze. Special RAL colors available on request.
