HOUSING
Low-profile wedge-shaped housing is die-cast from high-grade aluminum alloy. The housing features integrated cooling fins to enhance heat dissipation. LED lenses are sealed to the circuit boards to achieve IP65 rating weather-tight protection. External weatherproof power cord between the slipfitter and luminaire housing is encased within a protective braided sleeve for a clean appearance. Two precision-machined magnetic brushed stainless-steel knobs conceal locking bolts on the yoke. Hot-dip galvanized steel mounting bracket with integral slip fitter has two offset rows of three stainless steel setscrews to secure and level luminaire to the pole. The luminaire system may be specified with single or twin mount @ 180° configurations.

OPTICS
Optics includes choice of one or two LED modules. Each module consists of a field replaceable aluminum core PCB with twenty-four high-power LEDs and lensing molded from optical quality acrylic. The removable lenses are sealed to the circuit board to provide IP65 rating. Light distributions include a choice of Type II, III, or IV optics. Luminaire emits zero uplight at 90 degrees horizontal and above and is suitable for use in all LEED lighting zones. CRI is 80+. Luminaire efficacy is 140 lumens per watt nominal. Delivered lumen output is 4,200 lumens for single module and 8,400 lumens for models with two modules. Optional house side shielding is low profile and mounted externally over the LED engine and lenses.

ELECTRICAL
Electronic LED driver supplies 1300mA drive current to LED modules with input voltage range from 120v through 277v at 50/60Hz. Power consumption is 30 watts for models with one module or 60 watts for models with two modules. Optional 0-10v DC dimming, 20KV surge suppression protection, and motion sensors are available on request.

POLE
Straight round steel pole is manufactured from cold drawn over mandrel, electric-weld, mechanical round steel tubing with nominal wall thickness of 0.142''. Flush mounted hand hole cover is plasma cut with kerf not to exceed 1/8'' and includes triangular tamper-resistant locking device. Tenon is machined and inserted into the pole shaft then plug welded, showing no visible weld at the transition. Shaft is hot dip galvanized with coating inside and out, then lightly sanded prior to painting. Base cover is one-piece 0.080'' spun aluminum and finished to match the pole. Specify pole height of 15' with 3.5” diameter or 20' overall nominal height with 4” diameter. Contact factory for aluminum pole data.

FINISH
Standard PRIMAR® finishes are finely textured matte silver grey metallic, dark grey, graphite grey, matte black, or dark bronze. Special RAL colors available on request.

WARRANTY
