AMALFI 270 LED
HOUSING
One-piece cylindrical luminaire housing with integral cooling grooves and lens ring are precision-machined from 6082 billet aluminum, then satin anodized. Lens ring fits flush to the housing and retains the lens with three socket head cap screws. One-piece closed cell silicone gasketing provides a weather-tight seal when closed. Anodized spun aluminum shade is supported by four formed aluminum support struts welded to an attachment ring. Shade assembly mounts to the luminaire housing and is secured with four recessed setscrews. Housing fastens to an internal mounting plate in the pole top and is sealed to the pole with a one-piece closed-cell silicone gasket. Electrical components mount to plate on the underside of the housing and are housed in the top of the pole. All hardware is stainless steel.

OPTICS
Heat-resistant semi-spherical borosilicate lens has matte inner surface. COB LED with secondary optics directs light upward through the lens and reflected downward by the secondary spun aluminum reflector. CRI is greater than 80.

ELECTRICAL
LED driver has a universal input voltage range from 120v to 277v at 50/60Hz. Driver is high power factor with performance greater than 90%. Power consumption is 24 watts.

POLE
Inverted tapered aluminum pole is manufactured from seamless 6061 aluminum tubing with nominal wall thickness of 0.1875''. Pole is heat treated to produce a T6 temper. Flush mounted hand hole cover is plasma cut with kerf not to exceed 1/16" and includes triangular tamper-resistant locking device. Circular collar welded at the base of the pole provides transition between the round beveled flange plate and pole shaft. Luminaire mounting plate, welded inside the pole top, is drilled and tapped to accept fasteners for securing the luminaire.

Nominal pole height is 7.5' (AM270) and 10.4' (AM360). Pole mounts to anchor base plate assembly with four M12 x 20mm stainless steel socket head cap screws and washers.

Anchor base assembly consists of four 1/2'' x 15'' x 3'' hot-dip galvanized anchor rods secured to a mounting plate and embedded as an assembly in concrete foundation (by others).

FINISH
Housing is cleaned ultrasonically prior to painting. Standard finishes are finely textured matte silver grey metallic, dark grey, graphite grey, matte black, or dark bronze. Special RAL colors available on request. Hess standard textured finishes feature proprietary PRIMAR® protective coating for long-term corrosion and UV protection.

WARRANTY
Limited product warranty period including LEDs is five years. Driver shall carry the manufacturer's limited warranty.
