HOUSING
Two 6060 aluminum alloy sidewalls attach to opposite sides of the square cast aluminum base with concealed hardware. Sidewalls are 0.60'' thick and have two ribs attached to the inner side to provide positive alignment of the lens. Matte acrylic cubic lens with integral flange has two white acrylic panels bonded to the outer surface to align the lens assembly to the luminaire. A cast aluminum fascia element seals the lens assembly to the single piece EPDM gasket on the base and are secured with countersunk stainless steel screws. Luminaire mounts to 0.197'' thick wall extruded square aluminum shaft with two concealed socket head cap screws. All hardware is stainless steel.

OPTICS
Single COB LED directs light upward through matte acrylic lens producing soft diffused illumination.

ELECTRICAL
Input voltage to universal LED driver is 120v through 277v AC, 50/60 Hz. Power consumption is 21 watts.

MOUNTING
Bollard mounts to anchor base plate assembly with four M10 x 20mm stainless steel socket head cap screws and washers. Anchor base assembly consists of four 1/2'' x 17'' x 3'' hot-dip galvanized anchor rods secured to a mounting plate and embedded as an assembly in concrete foundation (by others).

FINISH
Housing is cleaned ultrasonically prior to painting. Standard finishes are finely textured matte silver grey metallic, dark grey, graphite grey, matte black, or dark bronze. Special RAL colors available on request.
Hess standard textured finishes feature proprietary PRIMAR® protective coating for long-term corrosion and UV protection.

WARRANTY
Limited product warranty period including LEDs is five years. Driver shall carry the manufacturer's limited warranty.
