PRAETORIAN
PRAETORIAN SECURITY
Praetorian is a high-strength security bollard with symmetric, asymmetric, or no illumination. Bollard features a heavy-duty hot-dip galvanized steel impact resistant core to be filled with concrete. High-strength aluminum housing installs over steel core and is set in place with 4 socket head cap screws. Housing is precision machined and finished in finely textured PRIMAR paint. All hardware is stainless steel.
HOUSING
Impact bollard and top cap are comprised of high strength 6061 T6 extruded and machined aluminum. High security impact core is hot dip galvanized steel. All hardware is stainless steel.
DIMENSIONS
Bollard diameter is 9". Bollard height is ~3' 4" from ground level.
MOUNTING
Impact core is to be installed into and filled with concrete. Bollard housing is installed over core and is secured in place with four M8 socket head cap screws located at the bottom of the bollard. Surface Mount models feature a steel mounting base mounted via 1/2" x 15" x 3" anchor bolts.
SECURITY
Hot dip galvanized and reinforced security core measures up to 4-feet through the center of the bollard. Core extends into the ground and is to be filled with concrete.
Bollard is designed to meet or exceed the requirements of the following ASTM impact ratings:
ASTM F2656: M30 rated bollard is designed to stop a vehicle weighing 15,000 pounds traveling at 30 miles-perhour.
ASTM F3016: S10, S20, and S30 rated bollards are designed to stop a vehicle weighing 5,000 pounds traveling at 10, 20, and 30 miles-per-hour, respectively. Consult factory for more information.
OPTICS
Lens is translucent Satin Ice Opal Acrylic, providing soft illumination 360° or 180° from the luminaire's light aperture. Light is uniformly distributed on the external lens by an incorporated acrylic light guide rod. Color temperature may be 3000K or 4000K. 80 CRI is standard.
ELECTRICAL
Integral LED driver and electrical components are housed in the luminaire head. Standard Output power consumption is 12.5 watts; High Output power consumption is 25 watts. Input voltage range is 120 to 277vAC, 50-60Hz. Programmable and dimmable LED driver shall be UL recognized.
FINISH
Standard finishes are finely textured black, dark grey, dark bronze, graphite grey, or silver grey. Special RAL colors available on request.
WARRANTY
Limited product warranty is five years.
