A single quarter-turn fastener provides tool-less access to the sealed optical compartment for easy relamping. Mounting may be single or twin configuration. Straight round pole with flush handhole may be steel or aluminum. Steel pole is hot-dip galvanized prior to being finished in finely textured paint. Base cover is spun aluminum.
