Cylindrical pendant mounted luminaire consists of roof, shade, and external louvers with matching profiles. Four stainless steel upper support rods separate the heavy-duty cast aluminum roof and spun aluminum shade, forming an aperture at the top of the luminaire. Machined lower rods support the shade and retain three spun aluminum external louvers midway along its length. Shade and louvers shall be free from burrs and sharp edges. Lower support rods terminate in two aluminum lens rings, machined to include groove for gasketing and and mounting surface for the cylindrical and bottom acrylic lenses. Roof and lens rings are gasketed to provide a weather-tight seal to the clear acrylic cylindrical lens. Luminaire mounts to bracket with threaded brass nipple and is locked in place with recessed setscrews on the bracket and luminaire roof. All hardware is stainless steel.
LED module is an enclosed system with vertically oriented LED arrays mounted within a cylindrical clear acrylic lens. Light shaping diffusing film on the inside of the lens controls and shapes light distribution for optimal performance while reducing glare from the individual LEDs. Thermal management is provided via heat sinking and convective cooling within the sealed system.
Electrical components are mounted in a white conical enclosure at the base of the luminaire. Two electronic LED drivers supply 700mA drive current to two linear LED circuit boards, respectively. Each driver has a universal input voltage range from 120v to 277v at 50/60Hz. Drivers are high power factor with performance greater than 90%. Power consumption is 54 watts for Module 360 and 42 watts for Module 270. Optional 0-10v dimming available on request.

Stepped steel pole is manufactured from cold drawn over mandrel, electric-weld, mechanical round steel tubing with nominal wall thickness of 0.142". Pole shall show no seam along shaft. Flush mounted hand hole cover is plasma cut with kerf not to exceed 1/8" and includes triangular tamper-resistant locking device. Pole is hot-dip galvanized with coating inside and out, then lightly sanded prior to painting. Base cover is one-piece 0.080" spun aluminum and finished to match the pole. Specify 16' or 21' overall nominal pole height.
Fabricated steel bracket assembly is available in single or twin configurations. Upper shaft of the bracket assembly is sized to match the upper pole shaft, and is welded to the top of the slip fitter. Slip fitter insertion depth is 7.87". Slip fitter has two rows of four 8mm stainless steel setscrews to secure bracket to the pole. Steel rod with sleeving is welded to the top of the bracket assembly and serves as a wireway to supply power to the luminaire. Sleeving has radiussed inside edges to prevent damage to wiring. Steel rod terminates in fabricated steel luminaire attachment point. Two horizontal angled steel bars are welded to the attachment point and slip fitter. Bracket is hot-dip galvanized with coating inside and out, then lightly sanded prior to painting. Bracket assembly ships prewired with fish-tape.
Housing is cleaned ultrasonically prior to painting. Standard finishes are finely textured matte silver grey metallic, dark grey, graphite grey, matte black, or dark bronze. Special colors available on request.
